You may cancel an order while it is still pending or confirmed and not yet packed, using the order page or by contacting the shop on WhatsApp. Once the shop has packed or handed the order to delivery, cancellation is at the shop’s discretion.
Repeated fake orders or cancellations after dispatch may be refused.
