By using Mallaro you agree to these terms. Mallaro hosts independent shops. The shop is responsible for product accuracy, fulfilment, delivery, and its own return policy unless Mallaro states otherwise.
Orders are a contract between you and the shop. Keep your order number and the phone used at checkout. Cash on delivery is the default payment method during the pilot.
Mallaro may hide or suspend a shop that breaks these terms or the Marketplace Operating Policy.
