Merchant Agreement

This agreement is between the shop owner (“you”) and Mallaro. You rent an online storefront for a monthly subscription. Mallaro does not take a commission on your sales during the current model.

You confirm that products, photos, prices, hours, delivery areas, and policies are accurate. You fulfil orders yourself and handle customer WhatsApp. You will not list prohibited items. You accept that a store is not public until it is ready and approved.

Subscription fees are billed monthly. If the subscription expires, the storefront may become read-only or hidden according to platform settings. Mallaro may suspend a store after repeated upheld complaints, with human confirmation.
